I was recently at Gene's for dinner, and had an absolute terrific dinner. Let me start off by saying that I hate Italian food, but I loved everything that we had. I was in NYC for one night, and heard how good the food and the ambiance was, so I had to try it out. I was not disappointed one bit. The service was outstanding, the food was cooked perfectly, and the ambiance, though older, was the perfect touch. If anyone is in NYC and wants an excellent dinner, stop in to Gene's. I will every time I am in NYC
